The Bayous are a race of swamp-like creatures who are not very intelligent and are not prone to accepting outsiders. If you happen to come across a Bayouan you could easily outrun them, unless of course you are in a swamp. They have the ability to allow themselves to be absorbed by the swamp and travel through it, thus allowing them to move extremely fast. If caught by one, you will most assuredly die.
